Your website and app will not work I am trying to fill out state information and finish my state tax form and it just keeps cycling back to the same option again.

Make sure to run all updates to your TurboTax Program. Click here for information on manually updating TurboTax.

 

You could also try logging out of the program and logging back in. You can also clear your cache and cookies.
