You're not connected to the internet

I purchased Turbo Tax Premier and I keep getting "You're not connected to the internet". I know I'm connected to the internet because I'm able to submit my issue online. I noticed that a lot of people seem to have the same problem. I want to know how to fix this issue or is there a way to get a refund. Really, I want to file my taxes already.
