You guys are the worst in response. I wasted my $120 turbo delux package. should have gone for some other tax return agencies.

customer service is a scam ... up-sell occurs during hold time and multiple times during the data entry ... legal team must have asked that them to add "we'll never up-sell"  in the closing sequence ... but they do constantly and make it difficult to navigate around the answers!   i thought the law suit sorted this! 

I got my taxes done before i e-filed with turbo tax. I want to stop the bank deduction and refund my credit card. How do I do that?
