You asked Does rejection of 2019 federal and state tax filing, make me ineligible for stimulus check. Wife got check I did not.

Me and wife filed jointly.  she got hers in automatic deposit last week.  Shouldn’t I?  Still waiting.

did you use an ITIN?  such taxpayers do not qualify for the stimulus.  if not the IRS is sending a letter to all stimulus recipients.  you can report the omission to the IRS.  can't say what they'll do.

Curious as to why a check would be sent to "ONLY" your wife. Did you not file a joint tax return for some reason? That's not a rehtorical question, as there could be a valid answer. For example, if you do not have an SSN then you do not qualify for a stimulus check.
