You account settings submenu option doesn’t work on iphone and ipad. Even if you use the desktop version on ipad. It doesn’t work on the app on iphone and I’m not going

You account settings submenu option doesn’t work on iphone and ipad. Even if you use the desktop version on ipad. It doesn’t work on the app on iphone and I’m not going to use the desktop version on any phone whether it be android or iphone bcause that is silly. I’m thinking of moving to a different tax solution.

Desktop download software does not work on an iPad, iPhone, or any sort of mobile device.  They do not meet the system requirements.

Desktop download only works on a full PC or Mac.   If you only have an iPad or mobile device, you can use the online software instead.

 

If you made a mistake and purchased the download, you can request a refund for the download.  You cannot use the license key to pay for using online software.
