YALL TOOK FOR REAL ALMOST $300 from me. This service is a scam. You guys get to make bank stealing hundreds from hard working citizens taxes and it should be ILLEGAL. Make it look like you’ll only be paying maybe $80 but at the end of the day they add fees on fees on fees. It’s disgusting and deplorable to be providing a service in which absolute nobody on your end is employed to do (no literally, we do everything on the site and then it gets sent to irs, that’s not any amount of hard work) I’m doing my taxes somewhere else from now on. I cannot believe i’ve been with turbo tax this long and fell for the scam over and over. It may be easy but it’s not worth it especially with the world we live in today, how do you people feel good about yourselves knowing you’re just swiping money from people who are ALREADY struggling hard enough just to simply even GET any amount of a refund. It’s sad. I’m glad y'all get to roll in the millions while i struggle to find how to make the loss off almost $300 work.
