Would someone using my address for their tax return affect my tax return?

Someone using the same mailing address on their tax return as you would be using on your tax return does not have any affect on your tax return or tax refund.

The only way that it would affect anything would be if two or more persons filed as Head of Household using the same address.

You could also have a problem with anything involving "household income," such as on a State tax return.
