Won't let me file tax return because I am selecting "No entry" fro HDHP coverage?

Keeps bringing me back to a "Check This Entry" page where the prompt is: Form 8889-T: HDHP coverage check box needs to be checked to indicate the type of coverage held under a high-deductable plan during 2021.
Three option:
No entry,
Line 1, Self
Line 1, Family
I am selecting No entry because I did not have a HDHP.
Earlier in the Federal prompts, it asked if I had a HDHP and I said no, I went back and verified this.
It is generating a 8889-T form because I have a HSA.
What do I do?
It is saying I nave to print and file by mail if I don't select anything?

You can't have an HSA if you don't have a HDHP.

If you aren't covered by an HDHP, then you will need to withdraw those funds prior to the due date of the 2021 tax return to avoid a 6% over-contribution penalty. You can indicate that you will withdraw by the due date of the tax return and an additional penalty will not be assessed on the return.
