Withold via W2 or pay more in SE tax for MFJ with 1 on W2 and other SE?

Wife is SE since April and am on W2, should she be making separately quarterly payments or can I increase my withholding to show the joint filing tax liability? The key concern is where does social security confirm self employment tax in her name being paid, assume its a form during filing.

Self-employment taxes (Medicare and Social Security) are reported on Schedule SE which is included with your personal tax return, Form 1040.  The Schedule SE would be under her name and Social Security number only.

The choice is yours on whether to use estimated tax payments or increasing the taxes withheld from your wages.

Increasing your federal tax withholding would be sufficient.
