Pricing varies based on the product that you use.

For current, direct-from-Intuit pricing, visit our personal tax products, mobile tax products, or business tax products page. See also our Frequently

Asked Questions at TurboTax.com.

Various promotions and limited-time offers from us and our affiliate partners will deviate from our direct-from-Intuit pricing.

TurboTax software for the current tax year is also available in select retail stores and online retailers from November through April, oftentimes at discounted prices determined by the retailer.

To be clear----the fee is not an "e-file" fee.  The fee is for using the software to prepare  the return.  There is no extra fee to e-file when you use online TurboTax.  The fee is the same whether you e-file or mail it in an envelope.

When you use the CD/download there is a fee to e-file a state return.  That fee is $20, increasing to $25 on March 1.  The desktop state e-file fee can be avoided if you print and mail the state.
