Wisconsin Form unusable

Unable to proceed beyond School Code and Tax District Information screen. It is reporting, "Enter valid School District Number", despite is being valid. The same code is being used from past filings, it was auto entered from last year's form.  I also confirmed the School District Number from Wiscosin's government document found here  https://www.revenue.wi.gov/DOR%20Publications/schtxd.pdf
