Windows upgrade removed turbotax 2022

Windows upgrade removed turbotax 2022. I can't find the order. I have proof via filing emails from turbotax. How do I restore?

If the TurboTax desktop edition for tax year 2022 was purchased from TurboTax as a download it will be in your download account.
