Windows TurboTax Deluxe support RSU and ESPP?

I have always used the Windows version of TurboTax Deluxe. I changed jobs and now have RSU and ESPP income, do I need to upgrade to Premiere

Turbotax Premier covers investment income, while TurboTax Deluxe does not.
