Will unemployment take my federal if they already done took my state

If the amount already taken is not enough to cover the debt, then yes your Federal Return will also be offset.  Call  800-304-3107 to check for federal offset but keep in mind if you have not been processed yet they will not have information readily available and you may have to call again at a later time.
