Will turbotax file my tax returns if the name on the credit card used to pay the turbo tax fee is wrong?

Have you already made your payment? If so, did it go through or did it decline? You would need to pay your TurboTax fee before you can submit and Transmit Your Return. If you were able to submit your return, then your payment went through ok.
