Absolutely not.  TurboTax is a do-it-yourself tax software program.  TurboTax does not call or contact the IRS for you.  What is the problem?  Why do you need to contact the IRS?

No.  TurboTax is not a paid tax professional who can intervene on your behalf with the IRS.  TurboTax is only tax preparation software.  Only you, as the Taxpayer, can contact the IRS concerning your tax filing.

However, if you purchased Audit Defense for the tax year in question, then they can contact the IRS on your behalf.  Audit Defense - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/using-turbotax/help/what-is-audit-defense/01/25537
