Will turbo tax e-file my Ohio SD100 and RITA when completed or do I need to sign and mail?

RITA form 37 must be printed and mailed. 

SD 100 is usually e-filed, if you e-file your Ohio return. If you do not e-file the OH return (there's a $24.99 state e-file fee ), you'll also have to print, sign and mail the SD100.

Even if you do file the Ohio return, there are exceptions, to the SD100 being e-filed. So, check your Ohio filing instructions to see if you need to mail it.

Ohio Department of Taxation have received my SD-100 school district income tax return electronicly for 2017. Received notice today it was unable too be processed due to wrong format.

If your own bank/credit card records do not show that you paid you school district taxes, then you still need to pay them.  Your own bank/credit card records are your only proof.
