Will not download disk. Says it requires Windows 64 bit. Windows 10, and 64 bit is already installed in this computer. How do I fix this disk install problem?

Have years of completed returns on this computer. This is the first occasion that a disc won't download. Am at a loss what to do to fix problem

what's the complete version of windows on your PC?. windows 7 and 8 come in 64-bit but they're not W10. ?
