Will not allow me to change password and log on so I can pay $19.99 fee and file

tried to pay $19.99 charge but forgot pass word so tried to change password and texted me code then I changed password and then next page said this Hmm... it looks like we’ve hit a slight snag and try again did not work now what

Go back and select the option to continue as a guest.  I think there is something going on with Intuit.  You don't have to login to pay or file.

If you are having problems with the program or glitches, please try clearing your cookies and cache.

How to delete cookies. 
 

If this does not work, I recommend trying another browser and checking your internet connection, ensure you are hardwired.
