Will my taxes still be automatically paid if I changed from e-file to file by mail?

I changed my taxes from e-file to file by mail but owe taxes. I remember giving TurboTax my bank/card information to automatically pay the taxes once processed, but will this still happen if I changed from e-file to mail?
I've also received an email from TurboTax that includes a link to make my first payment through a different IRS website which is what made me question the payments.
(I didn't have any checks to send with the paperwork, and I live abroad so I was unable to go to the bank and ask.)

by mail no. there is no place on the 1040 to indicate you are requesting  direct debit. you either submit payment with 1040-V or go online to set up an electronic payment
