Will I still be able to file my taxes if my w2 says my federal taxes wasn’t withheld?

Sure.  Just don't enter anything in box 2 for withholding.   Since there wasn't any withholding taken out you may owe a tax due on your tax return unless your income is low  or you qualify for some credits.  You might want to give your employer a new W4 to have withholding taken out for 2025.

You will be able to e-file the 2024 tax return as long as you have taxable income entered on the tax return and have taxes owed or have a tax refund.
