Why would there be a discrepancy in the ampunt of taxes paid according to W2's entered and amount paid according to "Explain my taxes" chart?

First, are you using the Online product or the desktop product?

Second, I am not sure what field you are referring to, but any withholding from 1099s is added to the withholdings from your W-2. Is this possibly the source of the discrepancy?
