Why would I receive an email "We couldn't retrieve your Touchstone Investments form details" - when I don't have a linked account for that company????

If you received that email from a TurboTax email address, and you don't have a Touchstone account, you should ignore it. It may be a phishing scam attempt.

The email is signed-by: e.turbotax.intuit.com - so I'm pretty certain it's not phishing.
