Please see the FAQ below which discusses some reasons why you may not be able to e-file: https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/3302281

I am at the end of my return but it wont let me file. The program keeps referring to;

Form 8915-F             I did not have any Qualified Disaster Retirement Plan Distribution & Repay.

I cannot proceed past this .

Please advise.

Form 8915A or 8915B was generated based on how you responded to Form 1099-R questions. When you entered a 1099-R it asked you if you received a disaster disbursement from your retirement account.  If you answered yes then TurboTax generated the form for you.  You should delete the 1099-R that generated the questions and then re-enter it. However, make sure to answer 'no' to the disaster disbursement questions this time.

If the Form is still generating, then follow the steps below to remove it. Log out of your TurboTax, then clear Cache before logging back in.

  1. Select Tax Tools from the menu on the left.
  2. Then select Tools.
  3. When the new menu pops up select Delete a Form.
  4. You will see a list of all the forms in your return.
  5. Find the form that you want to delete.
  6. Select the Form.
  7. Click Delete on the right
