Why won't you file my federal return

My return is done I give credit card information and agree to charges but you won't file instead switch me to the state return

To e-file your return:

  1. Open your return and select File.
  2. Select Continue next to Step 3.
  3. On the We've determined the easiest way to file your taxes screen, make sure e-file is the selected status. If it's not, you can select Change.
  4. Continue through the screens to double-check some info before e-filing and transmitting your return.
