Why won't TurboTax allow me to file without Form 8582-CR? I have no passive activity credit. TurboTax claims that the form isn't available but it is on the IRS site.

The IRS Form 8582-CR Passive Activity Credit Limitations for 2024 is estimated to be available in TurboTax on 02/13/2025.

See if the Form 85982-CR is in your tax return list and if it is delete the form

 

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen

Click on Tools

Click on Delete a form
