Why was there a pending amount for my tax return from the IRS and then it disappeared?

Why was there a pending amount of $ in my bank acct from the IRS for my amended tax return and then it disappeared

Only your bank or the IRS can answer that.  No one at TurboTax knows what happened.  TurboTax gets no information after you file the return.
