Why was my bonus taxed but these taxes taken out did not show up on my W-2

My bonus was $6185.85 and I was paid out $4351.74. This doesn’t reflect on my W2 but instead shows that I was paid my regular income plus the full bonus which reflects as $66,536.42. The bonus itself did show on a separate paystub when it came in. Am I going to have to pay taxes again on my bonus? And if so, where did the rest of my bonus which would  be $1834.10 go then?

All of your gross wages including a bonus should be in box 1 of your W-2.  If you think the W-2 is incorrect, then you need to ask the employer about it.

Yes it should all be on the same W2.  The federal tax withholding you had taken out is included in W2 box 2 with your regular withholding.  The tax withholding may be less than the $1834.10 because some would be for SS & Medicare tax.  Look at your paystubs.    Ask your employer if you don't understand your W2.

You get a credit for all the box 2 withholding on 1040 line 25a.
