Why TurboTax don’t send me 6 digits code via text message to finish the last step of filing?

I’m not having trouble with sign in.I have problem with finishing the last step of filing because TurboTax is not sending the 6digits code via text message and phone call.

6 digit IP PIN comes from the IRS.
