Why Turbo Tax keeps on asking me to review CSA-1099-R but no indication where the error is? The figures are all good. Tried to fill-out the state section but no luck.

You can ignore the Needs Review message for now.   Scroll down and click on Continue to finish preparing your return.  You will go through a Complete Check before filing that will catch any real errors.
