It looks like you're using TurboTax Deluxe, which could mean that at some point when you were entering your information, you were prompted to upgrade based on your situation. If you think you only need Free Edition, you would have to clear and start over (more info here: https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/2586254) to remove Deluxe, but this means you'd have to re-enter all of your info again.
