Why my estimated time says the 17th and it's the 20th to receive my taxes

The TurboTax dates for receiving a tax refund after it has been accepted by the IRS are only estimates based on the IRS target of sending a tax refund after 21 days from the date it was accepted by the IRS.  

This is a target only and not a guarantee.  You can check the status of your refund by going to the IRS Refunds  page. You can click on the Check My Refund Status link or download the IRS2Go app for your mobile device.
