Why isn't my TurboTax $20 discount being applied to my payment?

The turbotax.intuit.com/ page, is advertising 'Get your taxes done right and save up to $20 on TurboTax online federal products'. I completed my federal return and I'm ready to pay, but the $20 discount has not been applied.

If your affiliate partner discount has not been applied, please click here and follow the steps provided by TurboTax expert RobertG.

Tiffany, I contacted TurboTax Support, and Theodore was able to help me in applying the discount.  Thank you.
