Why isn't Minnesota accepting returns? Not allowing me to submit my renters rebate keeps rejecting

Keeps rejecting my renters but this year you can file them separately

What was the reason it was rejected? 

Revisit the MN credits section of your return and carefully complete all fields of the CRP worksheet. They run the State Review again before proceeding to File.
