Why is TurboTax trying to charge us again after we activate our yearly turbo tax and we are trying to access it's deductible site?

Seem that site is just trying to charge twice for the same service and cannot reach any agent from the company without paying an additional fee

Are you using the TurboTax online editions to complete your 2024 tax return?  If so, Why?

Close the online edition and install the software.

 

You paid for the TurboTax desktop edition to install on your personal computer.  You were given the license code and you should have downloaded the software.
