I have a small partnership, which has already filed its 1065 for 2021 and distributed K-1s to the partners, but TurboTax is not letting me file my 1040 because it says the IRS has not yet finalized the Schedule K-1. This makes no sense to me.
Schedule K-1 (Form 1065), Partner's Share of Income, Credits, Deductions for tax year 2021 is estimated to be finalized and available in TurboTax on 02/17/2022
Go to this TurboTax website for IRS forms availability - https://care-cdn.prodsupportsite.a.intuit.com/forms-availability/turbotax_fed_online_individual.html
Thank you for that link. I see on that page that Intuit says the K-1 for Form 1065 will be available 2/17/2022. But The form is available from the IRS now: https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f1065sk1.pdf
And the partnership has already filed its return on form 1065. So that page, and that assertion by Intuit, doesn't explain why Intuit claims the form is unavailable, when it appears to be very much available.

Even though it is available on the IRS website and you have received the 2021 Schedule K-1, TurboTax must still get the approval from the IRS to use schedule K-1 that will be included in the TurboTax program.
