Why is turbotax free edition telling me we are unable to continue your return at this time? I waited several days and am still getting this error. I also cleared cache.

Close all TurboTax windows on your browser. Then, clear cache and cookies on your web browser. Close the browser and then re-open it. Access the TurboTax website again. If the problem persists, then try changing your web browser to Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.

 

If the issue still persists after doing that, I would suggest contacting Customer Support for further assistance.
