Why is turbotax adding 1040ES forms when I am supposed to get a refund?

I get refunds every year and never ever seen or used a 1040ES before, so I don't understand why TT is including them despite a sizable refund due to me...

I also experienced this--I am expecting state and federal refunds but I just got 1040ES forms included. The 4 estimated payments = the amount of the RETURN I am expecting. Makes no sense.

Accountant friend of mine said to ignore the 1040ES forms.

Estimated tax payment vouchers are only used if you need to make payments towards your 2021 income taxes throughout the year to ensure you are making income tax payments as you earn income.

If you have enough in withholdings throughout the year to cover your total tax liability as you earn your income, you do not need to make the estimated tax payments on the 1040 ES payment vouchers.
