Why is Turbo Tax telling me "Form 8815: US Address should be blank"?

If you used form 8815 in TT for years before 2019, TT may be pulling the form into your 2019 return by default. Form 8815 is used to figure the interest income you can exclude from income, if the form does not need to be included with your return this year you can delete it.

1. Log in to your account.
2. Select Tax Tools then Tools from the left menu.
3. Select Delete a form.
4. Locate form 8815 and delete it.

Thanks this addressed my siutation. It appears that the form 8815 was pulled over into the current tax year, from the previous year. I never saw an indication nor is there any associated 1099 for this form
