Turbo Tax will always show tax due. That's just the result of your tax return. Like if you print it out it doesn't get updated. They don't know if and when you paid. And the IRS doesn't tell Turbo Tax when they get your payment. Your only proof of payment is your bank statement or credit card showing the payment coming out.
Or did you already pay before you filed? Like with an extension.
