why is this form 5327-t holding up my tax return?

this is a bull shit system

If you meant Form 5329, this form is currently expected to be available on January 23, 2025.

NO. I have not seen this form before when working on my tax's in the past years. I cannot find FORM 5329 anyway.

Form 5329 is used to calculate any tax you might owe on distributions from retirement accounts. For example, if you took money from a retirement account before reaching 59 1/2 years old or didn't take the required minimum distribution at the appropriate age. If you have to pay any of these taxes in 2024, this form has to be attached to your return.
