Why is the unreported tip box checked in the uncommon situations that apply to W-2?

I uncheck the box and click non of the above apply but when I review it, the check mark is added back.

Delete the W-2 and re-enter it.

To Delete a Form

Open your return in TurboTax.

In the left side bar, select Tax ToolsTools.

In the pop-up window Tool Center, choose Delete a form.

Select Delete next to the form/schedule/worksheet and follow the onscreen instructions

I wanted to add additional information but was not sure how. This seems like a gimmick because I am not able to file without buying the 120.00 deluxe version. I was a cook for Fire Wings and I did not make tips. I uncheck the unreported tip box but it adds it back when I go to review my saved work.

Thank you for the suggestion. I have deleted the W-2 and will reenter it. The thing is... it uploads but itself. I am trying it now. Thank you again.

It did not work... for some reason the box keeps getting checked. I get this error... To accurately complete your taxes, you need to upgrade to TurboTax Live Deluxe
Why do I need to upgrade?
You have taxable unreported tip income, and that's just one of the reasons the IRS requires you to file Form 1040.

Delete the W-2 and then re enter it manually ... choose to NOT import but clicking on the option to enter it yourself ... do not enter the EIN first.
