Why is the IRS telling me they never receive my e-file from TurboTax and I filed on June 16th 2020 I have not received my tax return or any stimulus payment relief or anyting because of this reason

Did you  check to see if you have certification of electronic filing? Maybe you thought it was sent but maybe it's not.
