Why is Schedule 1 Line 5 needing a description. I dont even know why this is coming up. I don't have any of the reasons for this.

I have never had this on my tax return before. I have none of the reasons it mentions. I have asked this multiple times and get a message that a link will be sent to me. That isn't happening. Thank you for your help.

Did you enter a Schedule K-1 from a S Corporation, a Partnership or from an Estate and Trust?  If so, that could have put an entry on the Schedule 1 Line 5.
