Why is my virginia tax showing an Educator Smart Wks Ln B-Sp when I am not an educator?

Same thing happening to me and won't let me process my tax return because of it...

Same with me... Hopefully Turbotax will resolve this

I’m having the same issue. On the phone with them now. Said the State of Virginia has something going pertaining to this and that’s why we can’t file.

so should we just wait it out a few days?

I'm having the same issue. 

I call B.S. on passing the Blame to VA. I also experienced the same issue as a VA resident, but not on HR Block. Filed with HR without that issue. Done.

yes! That is exactly what it's doing to me as well

The software has been updated and this should be resolved. Please continue trying to file.
