I would recommend deleting the 1099G using the trash can, logging out of TurboTax, then log back in and re-enter the 1099G. TurboTax works best in the Chrome Web Browser. I would also recommend clearing your cache and cookies from your web browser before you log back into TurboTax.

Remember, 1099G-Unemployment Benefits are considered taxable income so if you have an option to withhold Federal income taxes, it would soften the tax impact at the end of the year.
Finally found the actual fix while looking through other questions on here. Almsot said screw it and just filed which would have been bad. Here's the fix that worked for me. :
You may have duplicate 1099-G form entries that need to be deleted directly from the list of forms as follows:
Find any duplicate form 1099-G's in the list and delete the forms.
