Why is my refund held up because of turbo tax?

once your return is submitted and accepted, it was accepted wasn't it?,  TT has no control over when the refund is issued.  what does it say at the IRS website.  

Yes it was accepted but there seems to be a trend of only people that have used TT are having this problem
