TurboTax receives no information on your return once it has been accepted by the state and has no information on any possible reasons why your refund may be delayed. You can check the NJ website, Where Is My Refund?, or by calling 1-800-323-4400.
Per the State of New Jersey, if your refund contains the NJ Earned Income Tax Credit, there may be processing delays as they require additional review.
