Look at your online fees to see if you added an additional service. If you did, remove it.
- After signing in to TurboTax, open or continue your return
- Select Tax Tools from the menu, and then Tools
- A Tools Center box will pop up on your screen
- Select My Fees
If these steps don't work (for example, on your mobile device), open the File section and then proceed to the Review Your Order screen. This also shows the breakdown of your charges.
