I have requested direct deposit into my financial institution for my federal refund, and an automatic payment from my bank to cover my state taxes. However, my forms are consistently rejected and I cannot seem to submit them and I'm not sure why this is happening. Has this happened to anyone? And how were you able to rectify this?
This can happen when the account information isn't correct, or it is incorrectly formatted. Make sure your account information again, make sure you haven't entered any dashes or spaces between the numbers.
